We have dedicated support workers and personal carers who can provide friendly and comforting assistance and disability services. Our support staff can come to your home in the mornings, afternoons or evenings to assist you with your daily tasks and everyday living. If you are a participant in the NDIS, you may be eligible for funding to help you with this important area of your life. ‘Assistance with Daily Life’ is a budget that falls under the category of ‘Core Supports.’ The funding includes assistance with daily personal tasks that allow you to live as independently and dignified as possible.

We cultivate partnerships with the local community, health experts, service providers and most importantly, you, to give the best possible outcomes to assist you in living a fulfilling life.

We are a knowledgeable team of NDIS Plan Managers and Support Coordinators with a people-first mindset. As everyone’s circumstances are unique, we will assist you in tailoring your NDIS plan to you, taking into account factors such as age, gender and family relationships.

Personal care supports relate to assistance with daily personal activities including assistance with, or supervision of, personal tasks of daily life. For example:

1. Personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming

2. Toileting, bladder and bowel management and menstrual care

3. Eating and drinking

4. Attending appointments

5. Use of aids and appliances, hearing and communication devices

6. Mobility and transferring, for example moving in and out of bed and on or off the toilet or

7. Application of splints, basic first aid due to injuries sustained as a result of a participant’s disability.

Personal care supports may be required across a variety of settings. For example, a participant living alone in their own home, living with family or other people, when undertaking social, recreational, education or employment activities or during holidays away from home.
